Vincent Cuvillier has been Chief Executive Officer of Cellnex France Groupe since 2020 and Managing Director of the Cellnex France operational entity since 2019. He started work in the Cellnex Telecom Group in 2018 as Group Development and Country Coordination Director. He was previously Financial Director of SANEF (2015-2017) and Head of M&A activities at abertis infraestructuras from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in his career he spent two years as a financial auditor at EY Luxembourg. Vincent holds a Master’s degree from the IESEG School of Management and is also administrator of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Paris and President of the IESEG Network of IESEG alumni.
Bertrand Guiot has been Managing Director of On Tower France since 2020. Bertrand has a business school training and has spent his entire career in the field of mobile telephone infrastructure in France and abroad. At Free Mobile (Iliad group) in charge of the southern region since 2010, Bertrand took over management of the subsidiary dedicated to passive infrastructure in 2019 with a view to selling it to the Cellnex group.
Vincent Burgert joined the Cellnex group in 2020 as Managing Director of nexLoop France. Vincent previously served as IDF Regional Director (2018-2020), Concession Director (2017-2018), Director of NOC (2013-2017) and Offer Manager at Covage, which he joined in 2008 as Head of Purchases. He started his career at Bouygues Télécom in 2001 as a fibre optic deployment project manager after obtaining an engineering degree from ESITC.
Victor Torra has been Deputy Managing Director of Cellnex France Groupe since 2019, when he joined the Cellnex Group. He is in charge of support services for all operational entities in France. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of the SANEF Group (2018-2019) and has held positions in the finance area within the Abertis Group in Spain and France. A graduate of the ESADE Barcelona business school, he began his career as a financial auditor at PWC in Barcelona.
Patrick Duprat has been Senior Advisor to the Cellnex Telecom group since June 2019. He advises and assists the managers of the French subsidiaries of the group for their activities and development. He was Managing Director of Cellnex France from June 2017 to June 2019. Patrick Duprat has a long experience in activities related to telecoms infrastructures, in particular at TDF, where he held several posts such as M&A, Commercial Management France, General Management of the Spanish subsidiary Axion, before managing the integrative manufacturer Gobé within the Scopelec group. He also supported the development of FPS before its acquisition by ATC. Patrick Duprat graduated in Physical Sciences and Microelectronics from INSA Toulouse in 1981 and completed an Executive MBA from ESSEC in 1999.
Loic Besnard has been the Commercial Director of Cellnex France since 2020. He joined Cellnex in 2019 to launch diversification activities (coverage in special areas, private networks, etc.) on the French market. He previously worked for more than 20 years for telecoms equipment manufacturers (ALU, Ericsson and Huawei) selling mobile solutions and services in 3G/4G/5G technologies in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
Olivier Jamet has been Director of Operations at Cellnex France since 2017. He began his career in telecommunications in 1997 and worked for twelve years on numerous deployment projects for Orange, Bouygues Télécom, SFR and then for the operator Digicel in the Caribbean. He also took part in several wireless network deployment programmes (WIMAX, Acropolis, Hiperlan). He joined equipment manufacturer Ericsson in 2011 to develop the Process Methods and Performance service within Operations as part of the 2G/3G swaps for Orange. In 2013, he was called by TDF to take responsibility for the deployment of the GSM-R network of SNCF Réseau.
Agnès Peyre is Site Management Director at Cellnex France since February 2021, after serving as Head of the Negotiations Department when she arrived in 2020. In 2015, the Scopelec group entrusted her with the management of the Ile-de-France and Overseas regions to meet with the challenges of FTTH roll-out and maintenance of the Orange fixed network. From 2011 to 2014, she managed the Ile-de-France branch in Gobé, after working as a pre-sales engineer at optical equipment manufacturer Ekinops. Agnès began her career at Bouygues Telecom, where she spent nine years between designing and designing transmission networks (FH&FO) and assisting the operator in its move towards data (EDGE/GPRS/UMT).
Yann Dujardin has been Operations Director of On Tower France since January 2020. A graduate in telecommunications from the ENSEA engineering school, he began his career with Bouygues Télécom before working with prime contractors such as Vinci in managing the roll-out of mobile networks for French operators and more specifically on special projects (motorways , tunnels, airports, shopping malls, etc). In 2010, he joined Free (Iliad group) building Optical Connection Nodes (OCN) for the roll-out of optical fibre on IDF, North and East of France. In 2017, he took responsibility for the fibre teams in the Rhône-Alpes region in the roll-out and operation of horizontal, vertical optical fibre and customer connections.
Arnaud Darmigny has been Site Management Director of On Tower France since January 2020. Arnaud began his career in asset management, then moved into real estate in 2014 in the United States. He joined Free Mobile (Iliad group) in 2015 as Asset Manager for the South region. In July 2019, he joined Iliad 7, a subsidiary dedicated to Free Mobile’s passive telecoms infrastructures as Site Management Director, with a view to its sale to the Cellnex Telecom group. A graduate in real estate engineering, Arnaud also completed his studies with diplomas from ESSEC and HEC Montréal.
